eSIM Troubleshooting

No data on your eSIM? Pick your phone type below and follow the quick checks. Most issues are fixed by confirming the right eSIM is active and Data Roaming is on.

↑ Select your phone type to see the steps.

1 Make sure the correct eSIM is active

First, look at the top of your screen

Do you see two signal indicators (two SIMs) in the top corner? If you only see one, your travel eSIM may not be switched on — follow the steps below to fix it.

Great — the correct eSIM is active. Continue to Step 2 below.
Go back to Settings → Cellular, open this (wrong) eSIM and turn it off. Consider deleting it, or rename its label so you know it’s not the one you want. Then enable the correct eSIM and repeat checks 3–8 until the ICCID on your phone matches the one in your order.
