Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of bestdatasim.com and the purchase of eSIM data plans from iGlobeSIM (eSIM Global Connect). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell prepaid, data-only travel eSIM plans for the destinations listed on our site. An eSIM is a digital SIM profile delivered as a QR code by email — no physical product is shipped. Plans do not include phone calls or SMS unless explicitly stated on the product page.

2. Device compatibility — your responsibility

eSIMs only work on eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked devices. Please check your phone before buying, using our device compatibility checker. Orders placed for incompatible or carrier-locked devices are not eligible for a refund on that basis alone.

3. Ordering, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud or error; if we cancel, you are refunded in full.

4. Delivery and activation

Your eSIM QR code is delivered by email, normally within minutes of payment. Install it while you have an internet connection — installation is not possible offline. Each QR code can be installed once, on one device. The plan’s validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination, and runs continuously from that moment.

5. Fair use and acceptable use

Plans are for personal, lawful use. Speeds and availability depend on the local partner networks and may vary by location, congestion and device. We may suspend service in cases of abuse, unlawful use, resale without authorization, or behavior that harms the network or other users.

6. Refunds

We offer a money-back guarantee where an eSIM cannot be used due to a technical fault that our support team cannot resolve. Contact support with your order number first, so we can help. Refunds are not provided for: plans already partly or fully consumed, incompatible or locked devices, deleted QR codes after installation, or local network conditions outside our control. Statutory rights that apply in your country, including EU/Swiss consumer withdrawal rights where applicable, remain unaffected. By requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the eSIM is delivered and installed.

7. Support

Our team is available 24/7 via the support page and WhatsApp. Please reach out before disputing a charge — most issues are fixed in minutes.

8. Intellectual property

The website, brand, texts, illustrations and design are owned by iGlobeSIM or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or missed connections) or for events outside our reasonable control, including failures of local mobile networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected by any choice of law.
